Available Debris Box Sizes

9 Cubic Yards (Dirt/Concrete)

  • Measures approximately 3.5' high x 7' wide x 12' long
  • Designed for dirt, rock, concrete, asphalt, and sand (no serpentine rock)
  • Extra charge for brick. stucco, or any other non-acceptable material

14 Cubic Yards (General Debris)

  • Measures approximately 5' high x 7' wide x 12' long
  • Can hold a limited amount of heavy material, plus other debris

20 cubic yards (General Debris)

  • Measures approximately 6' high x 8' wide x 13' long
  • Can hold a limited amount of heavy material, plus other debris

30 cubic yards (General Debris)

  • Measures approximately 6.5' high x 8' wide x 20' long

ATTENT03Important notes for all containers

 

  • No hazardous wastes, toxic materials, explosives, oil, auto parts, chemicals, serpentine rock, paints, TVs and other electronic waste, solvents, fuel, asbestos, or tires
  • Additional $40.00 charge for refrigerators and air conditioning units
  • Visa, Mastercard, and COD accepted
  • Saturday service is available (in limited areas)

There are special requirements for transporting and recycling construction and demolition (C&D) debris in San Francisco under the city's Construction & Demolition Debris Ordinance.
